Bitter Berry

Physical Description

The Alliun is a large, rounded tree with very small, stiff green leaves. The bark is smooth and light brown. At the very top of this tree grows a single red berry about 2 inches in diameter.

Physical Properties

The red berry is the Bitter Berry or Alliun Berry. If eaten, it will cause a rapid acceleration in healing for about one hour. Also, the creature consuming the berry will feel invigorated and refreshed.

Magical Properties

None.

Notes

The Alliun berry tastes extremely bitter. In fact, it tastes so bad that many creatures have difficulty consuming it without retching. If picked and stored, a bitter berry will rot and become inedible within four days.
