Physical Description
The black mushroom is a large smooth mushroom which stands
about 2' tall. It is easily marked by its glossy black cap and its earthy
scent.

Notes
The black mushroom is almost entirely
edible and is considered quite tasty by most races. It grows in small clusters and can be
cultivated to some extent. Many dishes in Khoras use the black mushroom as a spice or main
ingredient. A larger version of the black mushroom, the greater sorbus, grows deeper
underground and is a staple in the diet of many subterranean creatures.
