Appears as a clear blue liquid and tastes like water.
Original recipe for this elixir was created by the sorcerer Sygur of the Irenni League during the Age of Dreams. The formula is now widespread and this elixir is not uncommon, although it is expensive and difficult to brew.
This water refreshes the body and gives the drinker the equivalent of 8 hours of sleep and a full day's nourishment. Sygur's Water is useful for mercenary companies, adventurers and soldiers. If used as a substitute for real food and sleep for more than 8-10 days, physical ailments will develop.
