The Hramish faith is the official religion of the Great Padashan Empire. It is closely tied to the dynasties that rule over Padashan, but the empire is not a true theocracy. It is merely a state religion.
The Hramish faith is centered around a single god named Hram. He rules over a perfect paradise in the sky... a utopia which is home to the spirits of all those who have come before and also the jhen, his most powerful servants. Jhen means "great spirit". The jhen are mystical beings that dwell on this higher plane with Hram. They are sent by Hram from time to time me to the mortal world from time to time. They have great magical powers and use their power to guide humanity. Many stories of this faith involve jhen, coming and walking among mortals in disguise and aiding those in need. There are many jhen - greater, lesser and minor. It is a complex hierarchy with many tiers.
The jhen record the daily lives of men. So, the faithful believe that they are always being watched. They make frequent oaths invoking his name because they know they are being watched. "Hram is watching" is a common utterance in this faith.

The Hramish faith stresses obedience to the will of Hram and the acceptance of Hramish laws.
The Laws of Hram
Because the Hramish faith stresses the fate of all things, the faithful of Hram are very accepting. If bad luck befalls them, it is seen as simply "Hram's Will".
Hramish priests always greet each other by kissing one another on the cheek.
