Fenzyr is best described as a rogue. He laughs often, breaks rules frequently and always has a witty remark at hand. His main strengths are his social skills and his ability to handle all people and situations with a charismatic charm. He wears excessive jewelry and colorful, garish clothes. Although he always wears two magnificent, gem-studded short swords, he rarely wields them. He prefers changing enemies into friends and every encounter into a game. Fenzyr gambles often is familiar with every game and is constantly thinking up new ones. He bets on everything.

Fenzyr boasts a strong following, but a loosely organized religion. No standardized meetings, groups or rituals exist, but the thousands that pay homage to him often utter a prayer to him before laying down their cards or rolling the dice. Some priests of Fenzyr are the owners of gambling houses. Others roam from city to city as social animals helping the money change hands. Fenzyr priests encourage high risks and high stakes wherever they go. Some say that priests of Fenzyr can control fate and influence the odds, although no evidence of this exists.
