There are many individuals who worship the blue star Drellis. Most are wild mages, but there are also deranged sorcerers and other evil beings who choose to worship. Because it tends to attract wild mages and various evil beings, this faith is outlawed in most civilized lands. Therefore it is either practiced in secret or in remote regions far from civilized eyes. The faithful see Drellis as a powerful and angry god, known for his serious nature and commitment to the power of chaos. According to the faithful, their god Drellis despises "traditional" magic and mages. Wild mages call their god the "lord of the wild mages" and are convinced that "he" supports their endeavors.

Overview of the Church
Worshipers of Drellis are almost exclusively wild mages, who are
also known as Chaos Sorcerers. These individuals form small groups of seven members known
as Aberrations. Each aberration is led by the most powerful wild
mage. Wild Mages, whether alone on the road or with their
Aberration, practice a prayer ritual at dawn and dusk each day. Other rituals and prayers
vary on a regular cycle that follows the dominant and recessive phases of the star.
Like a coven of witches, worship of Drellis is feared and distrusted in many
areas. Worship does not generally occur outside of aberrations. On occasion,
members-to-be are invited to participate in the rituals of an aberration. There
are no priests of this religion. Only the faithful.
Geographic Placement
The worship of Drellis is scattered widely throughout most of Ithria,
but most especially
in eastern Ithria.
Temples, Churches and Holy Sites
Since the worship of Drellis is outlawed in many places, there
are few formal temples. Hidden shrines to Drellis can be found in the secret
sanctuaries of the faithful. Such shrines can turn up almost anywhere.
Ceremonies
Many ceremonies are held outside during the day during Drellis
dominant stellar phases so that the faithful can see the Drellis sun and also
absorb its power.
Holy Days
Once each year on the anniversary of the Sundering, the faithful
conduct a large ceremony to celebrate the "birth"
of their god.
Philosophy
The Sundering was the greatest moment of history
for it gave birth to true magic. At that time, true power was unleashed. It is
our duty, as the children of Drellis, to usurp the mantle of power from the
mages of the world, to bring their false idols down and rule the world through
the power of chaos magic.
