In the information for this campaign (I think in the equipping section?) it mentions a 400 mile trip taking 8-10 days. So that means your horse would have to travel close to 50 miles a day. :o From everything I've read, a horse can go about 15 to 20 miles a day, so that's a pretty big difference...

yeah 50 would be a bit much for a normal horse...i'm sure though if you pushed one you could
probably get 50 miles in ONE day...then he keels over... :)

was that a regular horse or a elf horse or snowdrifter?
20 sounds more reasonable...and more in line with the wild wild west...
of course magic can do 50 per day easy...
