Suggestion for underworld expansion: Dungeons?

Here's another suggestion for future locales.  What about a Khoras take on the classic aspect of D&D worlds: dungeons?

Perhaps in ancient times when uber-races fought each other, there was a need to build underground labyrinths that, well, dwarf dwarven cities in size, but were used mainly for military and storage purposes only.  These dungeons have been long-since abandoned and taken over by evil creatures, crazy wizards, and brigand hordes that use them as shelters and bases.  This massive dungeon, under a huge area of the continent (and also connecting to virtually every other tunnel/cave/dwarf underground structure as well) has just been discovered after being thought of as myth for centuries.  It serves as a tribute to the very institution of Dungeon-Crawling, as well as -keeping.

For now, each DM is free to map out the Underworld as they like. I have hinted at the size and scale of the cavernous underworld in Khoras, but have never mapped it out. This is another area that will get the full treatment at a later date. I have always thought of the Khoras subterranean world as a huge world unto itself. There are races, nations and cities under the ground that have their own wars and histories. The history of the dwarves relates a small bit of that.

As for specific individual dungeons, yes, there are many. They vary in size. The largest are the dwarven city states that have billions of square feet of living space. Many ruins from the Great War have huge dungeons beneath them. Some of these dungeons have connections to the underworld as well.
