Hi, I'm new here and just wanted to say hello to everybody.
Just I few words - I guess you can be read more soon.
I've been using this site as a source of inspiration for years now, and what still impresses me most about this site was the elaborate level of background details about what the world is like when "seen from inside", so to say. Not in stats and numbers (although there's also plenty of them), but in facts that would matter to everybody's daily life in the world.

I'm already building a world of my own, and the whole physical setting is just...well, let's say completely incompatible.  But I just saw some interesting discussions about some issues of worldbuilding which I think a lot about, and I'd like to participate (and maybe start some new one), so I registered.
