A strange looking claw shaped helmet made of a silvery metal that clamps on the head. Thin, spidery runes of parueli adorn the device. Because it fits so snuggly on the head, it can be worn under a full sized helmet.
The name suggests that it was crafted by a wizard named Skilvar, but who this mysterious Skilvar was is lost to history.
This device protects from all mind affecting magic and all forms of telepathy. This protection is in effect as long as it is worn.
Unaffected by the Drellis effect. Functions normally during all phases.
