This simple amulet is made of gold and silver with a single blue gem of pure Vertrillium.
Unknown.
Any character wearing this amulet will be somewhat immuned to death. If the wearer of this amulet suffers a lethal or near lethal blow, the amulet absorbs the wearer’s spirit into the Vertrillium gem. The amulet then begins healing the wearer’s body. When the wearer is sufficiently healed, the amulet places the spirit back into the body. If the amulet is removed from the body before the process is complete, the spirit will inhabit the next body that wears the amulet. (A possible battle for possession of a body may result). Each use of the amulet permanently drains the body by a slight amount.
