A plain, brass doorknob. Dented.
Rumored to have been made by the Traxxian wizard Demian prior to the Great War. .
Upon command, this doorknob, if held out at waist height, will form a small house. The house will rise from the ground, being constructed of whatever raw material is in the immediate area - in the forest, a log cabin will form, in the desert, sandstone, in the mountains, rock, etc. The house is sturdy and well built. It consists of one large room with a hearth and fireplace. The single door and two windows are all barred and shuttered.
