The Bay of Arratan is home to much Padashan Imperial activity. Both Visaal and Kamusat, two sea towns on the western coast, build ships and fish the waters. Travelers heading into the Ahtabi Desert will often commission a vessel to take them across the bay to one of the desert villages on the eastern coast.
