This huge swamp, south of Cauldron Lake, is known for deep holes, cliffs and steppes. Water is constantly flowing down. Rain is common and a layer of muck sucks at boots constantly. Tales tell that there is nothing solid underfoot. Many believe it to be true. Paths are quickly erased due to the conditions. In fact, growth and change is so rapid, that maps of the Trackless Mire are considered useless. This swamp is home to the Mire Bandits, Shegrotha the Witch, various hermits and creatures better left alone.
