Is there a way that we can see who is in the chatroom from the forum page?

Maybe put it in the "Info Center".

Not that I know of. This forum software is a pre-packaged, downloaded thing that's free. It's customizable, but I'm not sure how programmable it is, and what you're suggesting would require some data exchange between the chatroom and this thing. Let me look into that, but I doubt it. The best option would be if the makers of this forum software made a compatible chat room feature which linked in. I'll check that out.
