The ruins of Imaril consist of a central castle and the stony fragments of walls and buildings of the town that once surrounded the castle. While the interior wooden components have rotted away centuries ago, the main walls of the castle are still intact.

The ruin lies in a dense, heavily wooded hilly area in northern Kitar.

This was once the center of a tiny kingdom that prospered in the years following the Great War.

This ruin is most famous as having been the resting place of the King’s Artifacts which were recovered by a Kitaran prince in 1824 CY. As such, this ruin is tied to Kitaran history and politics. However, to date, the ruins have not been reclaimed or resettled by Kitar.
